Short bio:

I am Sakshi and I am associated with Prayanna since 2020. Joined as a C2C mentee. Then Sarumathi gave me a break as a customer care manager in Pracol. My work includes vendor management, customer emails, and solving customer queries. Prayaana, as the name suggests, is a lifelong journey, and to me, it's truly been a journey from having a career break to regaining back my strengths. I am glad to be a part of Pracol which has given me a lot of learning experiences and with the guidance of Sarumathi as my manager, I have cultivated a few skills in me and nurtured them . Thank you Prayaana for this wonderful journey and many many more years to be associated with it.
