Aditi Radhakrishnan is Founder, Principal Consultant and Coach of Mitara Consulting Services supporting organisations manage change, growth and leadership challenges. She also co-owns a franchise of Storytrails, a walking tour that gives you an experience of Trivandrum city. She is a life member of We- Women Inclusive in Technology and until recently a Governing Council member. She is a mentor at Prayaana, a contributor at HRPros and Learning Vertical Chair at Young Indians. She now is the State Chair for Coaching & Training at G100. In her corporate stint she has held Senior Management role in a British MNC’s Indian entity. She has also had a considerable stint in Honeywell, Bangalore.
