How this Fellowship benefitted me - As a Human Resource Management student, this fellowship helped me to gain practical knowledge in the field of HR, I got to know about the nuances of the HR field. Apart from this being a fellow of Prayaana also helped me to realize the potential a woman has, and how small positive steps towards being independent can bring big changes in a woman's life.
