WHO IS A PRAYAANA FELLOW??

Every year we onboard selected girls students from various campuses across India to join as a Fellow. The fellows volunteer as Junior Fellow and then as Senior Fellow on various skill domains in internet technologies like digital marketing, social media, video editing, event management, HR operations, website development, marketing etc. The Fellows can work from home after their class hours in a convenient manner and obtain a Fellowship certificate at the end of 6 months if the fulfill the fellowship requirements.

HOW DO FELLOWS BENEFIT?

The fellows work directly under women leadership in various startups under Prayaana Collective and get mentored by Prayaana Mentors. They hone their leadership skills, communication skills, softskills, collaborate with girls from various states in India. They evolve as leaders, with professional etiquette, work ethic and a carrier orientation. Apart from the live work experience they also get free training on various skillsets.

APPLICATION PROCESS

A highly competitive application process that includes application submission, assessment of skills, interview and completion of the induction process is expected to become a Fellow. Fellows are expected to work at least 2 hours in a day from their homes. Opportunities to get placement based on performance. Stipends/Performance based incentives are offered to senior fellows in the form of gifts vouchers and goodies.
